All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Delivery is completely free on all orders.

If you would prefer your order to be sent First Class, this can be arranged for an additional £2.00 — please get in touch before placing your order.

All items are securely packaged and labelled “Do Not Bend” to help ensure they arrive safely.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of my work, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll always do my best to help.

Any agreed returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and DaisyLizDesigns cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage so a resolution can be arranged.
